In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the organization for the use of the STREAMHALL.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend organization accounts or access to the STREAMHALL at our discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the STREAMHALL, and continued use of the STREAMHALL after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in India.
