By accessing and using "Streamhall," owned and operated by Gathergrid Tech Pvt Ltd (referred to as "Streamhall," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the STREAMHALL.
You: refers to any organization, user, or participant using the STREAMHALL.
Organizations using the STREAMHALL must be legally registered entities. Users must be authorized by their respective organizations to access and use the STREAMHALL.
We grant organizations a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the STREAMHALL for the purpose of corporate training and education, subject to these terms and conditions.
Organizations may create user accounts for their employees or participants. Organizations are responsible for managing and maintaining these accounts.
All content, features, and functionality in the STREAMHALL are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We grant organizations and their users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the STREAMHALL as intended for corporate training and education.
Your use of the STREAMHALL is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of data and personal information.

The STREAMHALL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the STREAMHALL.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the organization for the use of the STREAMHALL.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend organization accounts or access to the STREAMHALL at our discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the STREAMHALL, and continued use of the STREAMHALL after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in India.
